Our Trademark Process

Step 1 — Application Service Fee: $250 + applicable taxes and fees

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email requesting the necessary information about your business, brand, products, and/or services.

Step 2 — Preliminary Business Name Search

We will conduct a preliminary search of your proposed trademark to identify potential issues and determine whether the name appears suitable to move forward with the application process.

Step 3 — 30-Minute Zoom Consultation

We will meet with you via Zoom for approximately 30 minutes to discuss our search findings, your business activities, and the appropriate trademark class(es) based on the goods and/or services you intend to offer.

Step 4 — Application Preparation

After our consultation, we will prepare the information needed for your trademark application based on the information you provide.

Step 5 — Final Review & USPTO Submission

Before the application is submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), we will meet with you for a final review.

At that time, you will be responsible for paying the applicable USPTO government filing fee, which is separate from our service fee. ($350)
