All services are provided by appointment only.
Once an appointment is confirmed, it is final.
No rescheduling, cancellations, or modifications are permitted within 2 hours, 1 hour, or 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
Session Delivery
Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Coach Daphnee Lagredelle will provide a 1-hour business discussion and audit session.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to Zoom and a stable internet connection at the time of the session.
Fees, Refunds & Transfers
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, failure to attend, technical difficulties on the client’s end, or dissatisfaction with services rendered.
Fees may not be applied to future services or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.

Late or Missed Appointments
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not extend the session duration.
Failure to attend the scheduled session will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund.
