License To Access The Program
Unless otherwise stated, owns the intellectual property rights found within the program. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download, and print pages or other content from the program for your own personal use (subject to the restrictions set below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions).

Sell, rent or sub-license material from the program

Consultations
All coaching sessions must be booked and completed by the time stated on the contract. Any coaching sessions not booked prior that time will have only one week to do. Coaching sessions are provided virtually via Zoom Meeting. Coaching sessions are delivered with the intent to provide clarity, feedback, and advice. Information shared during the session is for informative purposes only, based on the creator's personal experience. The creator assumes no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any actions taken as a result of the information contained herein. There is no assurance or guarantee (unless otherwise stated), that you will achieve the same results as clients or examples mentioned in any material you purchase or features in testimonials. There is absolutely no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, pertaining to business earnings or growth, can be used as an indication of your future success or results
Attendance
No cancellations will be accepted. All deposit fees and recurring payments are nonrefundable. If the paying customer does not wish to resume with the program for any reason (e.g. personal, physical, emotional, or financial) , no refund will be provided. It is up to the customer to participate, complete worksheets, exercises, and assignments. As a customer, you agree and understand that it is up to you (the paying customer) to perform action to see any business growth and results (if any). Unforeseen Circumstances: On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation or rescheduling of a class or session. In such circumstances, the paying customer will be given as much notice as possible.
If you are five minutes late to your private coaching appointment ; we will reschedule you.
Refund Policy
The customer agrees to pay the full amount of the program. Whether a customer chooses installment payment plans or decides to pay in full, the customer understands that there are no refunds of any kind at any time. Please note that the program fee is expected to be paid in full.All sales are final. No refunds will be provided. If you selected the payment plan, and your card is declined for any reason, you will be notified by email to update your credit card. If you have not provided a form of payment for a successful charge by midnight of the following day, your enrollment will be suspended until payment is made. If your payment becomes seven days past due, your enrollment will be terminated and your account may be turned over to a collections agency or legal team to recover the outstanding balance and late fees. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing the program.
Cancellations
No cancellations will be accepted two days prior to Group Coaching or Private coaching.
Your Acceptance Of Our Policies, And Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the program , you signify your acceptance of all policies and terms and conditions of this Agreement. SFS®, LLChas the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason upon written notice to the customer. All sales are final. There is a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.
Guarantees
SFS®, LLC makes no guarantees about any results or success that you will get or receive from the program. It is up to the customer to participate, execute, and apply any informative knowledge to their business.

All trademark registrations are processed and approved solely by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). We do not guarantee approval, registration, or acceptance of any trademark.

SERVICE PROCESS
Upon receipt of all required information, the Client will be provided with a link to schedule a 15-minute Zoom session.
The Zoom session is used exclusively to:
Assist with a basic trademark name search
Complete the trademark application
Submit the application to the USPTO live via Zoom
⏳ Estimated Processing Time: Approximately two (2) weeks, excluding USPTO processing timelines.
The Client will be notified once the application has been submitted.
FEES & PAYMENT
USPTO Filing Fee: $350 plus applicable taxes and our Application who may varies.
This fee is paid by the Client and is separate from any service fees.
⚠️ ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.
There are NO refunds, NO transfers, and NO chargebacks once services are initiated.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
This service INCLUDES ONLY:
Assistance with searching the business name
Trademark application preparation
Trademark application submission to the USPTO via Zoom
This service DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Notice of Allowance (NOA) monitoring
Office Action responses
Office Action management
Trademark opposition or appeals
Ongoing trademark monitoring
Trademark enforcement
Any additional services may be provided for an additional fee and are not included in this agreement.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is solely responsible for:
Reviewing and responding to all USPTO correspondence
Monitoring application status
Reading and responding to emails in a timely manner
Failure to respond to USPTO deadlines may result in abandonment of the application, for which we are not responsible.
NO GUARANTEES
Trademark approval is determined only by the USPTO.
We are not responsible for rejections, refusals, or delays.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT & CONDUCT
The Client agrees not to spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about Daphnee Lagredelle, her team, or her business on social media or any public platform.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting payment and providing the required information, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
