📢 OFFICIAL NOTICE

Trademark Services Transition – Effective March 5, 2026

Please be advised that March 5, 2026 will be the final day that our consulting firm offers trademark application services.

After this date, we will no longer accept new trademark applications.

We will continue servicing and supporting only our existing members within the following programs:

• DBAWSE ELITE I

• DBAWSE ELITE II

• DBAWSE ELITE III

• BE BOLD MENTORSHIP

• DAPHNEE’S CORNER

• DAPHNEE CIRCLE

No new applications will be accepted outside of these groups — and no new trademark applications will be accepted within these groups after March 5, 2026.

While we are not attorneys, we have proudly served as Trademark Advocates, guiding our community through the application and monitoring process with integrity and care.

📌 IMPORTANT ACTION ITEMS

1️⃣ If You Paid for a Trademark Application (2025–2026)

If you have already paid for a trademark application but have not yet submitted it to the USPTO, you must:

• Book your complimentary Zoom meeting with Coach Lagredelle immediately using the link provided.

• Ensure submission before the applicable deadline.

Failure to schedule may result in expiration of your service eligibility.

2️⃣ Current Members (DBAWSE ELITE / Mentorship Programs)

If you are a current member and wish to submit a new trademark application, you must:

• Pay for your application on or before March 5, 2026

• Submit your application to the USPTO no later than November 5, 2026

After March 5, 2026, no new trademark filings will be processed.

3️⃣ If Your Trademark Has Already Been Submitted

If we have already filed your trademark application:
