LICENSE TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM
Unless otherwise stated, DBAWSE CLUB owns the intellectual property rights found within the program. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download, and print pages or other content from the program for your own personal use (subject to the restrictions set below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions).
You may not:
● Republish material from the program
● Sell, rent or sub-license material from the program
● Show any material from the program in public
● Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material from the program for commercial purpose
● Edit or otherwise modify any material from the program

VIP Members are entitled to one (1) marketing coaching session (one-hour session). All coaching sessions must be booked and completed prior to December 31, 2020. Any coaching sessions not booked prior to December 31, 2020 will be forsaken by the customer. Coaching sessions are provided virtually via Zoom Meeting. Coaching sessions are delivered with the intent to provide clarity, feedback, and advice. Information shared during the session is for informative purposes only, based on the creator's personal experience. The creator assumes no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any actions taken as a result of the information contained herein. There is no assurance or guarantee (unless otherwise stated), that you will achieve the same results as clients or examples mentioned in any material you purchase or features in testimonials. There is absolutely no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, pertaining to business earnings or growth, can be used as an indication of your future success or results
No cancellations will be accepted. All deposit fees and recurring payments are nonrefundable. If the paying customer does not wish to resume with the program for any reason (e.g. personal, physical, emotional, or financial) , no refund will be provided. It is up to the customer to participate, complete worksheets, exercises, and assignments. As a customer, you agree and understand that it is up to you (the paying customer) to perform action to see any business growth and results (if any). Unforeseen Circumstances: On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation or rescheduling of a class or session. In such circumstances, the paying customer will be given as much notice as possible.
Customer agrees to pay the full amount of the program. Whether a customer chooses installment payment plans or decides to pay in full, the customer understands that there are no refunds of any kind at any time. Please note that the program fee is expected to be paid in full.
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
If you selected the payment plan, and your card is declined for any reason, you will be notified by email to update your credit card. If you have not provided a form of payment for a successful charge by midnight of the following day, your enrollment will be suspended until payment is made. If your payment becomes seven days past due, your enrollment will be terminated and your account may be turned over to a collections agency or legal team to recover the outstanding balance and late fees. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing the program.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR POLICIES, AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing the program (D BAWSE CLUB), you signify your acceptance of all policies and terms and conditions of this Agreement. DBAWSE CLUB has the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason upon written notice to the customer. All sales are final. There is a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.
DBAWSE CLUB makes no guarantees about any results or success that you will get or receive from the program. It is up to the customer to participate, execute, and apply any informative knowledge to their business.

SFS,DBAWSE CLUB will not be liable for any actions you do or not take based on the information of the program. SFS will not be held responsible for any form of damages or any legal claims based on your use of the program.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
SONDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES , LLC, DAPHNE SERVICES & DBAWSE CLUB, Inc reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid through the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.
Processing & Shipping
Upon placing your order, it will take 5 - 12 business days for us to process your order before it is shipping with the exception of pre-order items. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If a change needs to be made, please notify us via the contact page within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. Due to Corona virus Shipping might take longer.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number via email. If your item is damaged in transit, we will replace the item as long as it is in stock.
My order is lost/stolen/missing. What are my options?
Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order isn't received within 7 business days of being shipped, you must report it to us via email using the Contact Page within 48 hours and we will assist you in contacting USPS. If an item is, in fact, lost in the mail we will work with you to file a claim/or do it on your behalf with USPS to find the item. If USPS grants a refund for the lost items, we will resend your order using signature confirmation. If items within your order are no longer in stock, we will work with you to find suitable replacements.
Return & Exchange Policy
